  • How do you explain other suppliers that give us a better price for the similar products?

    You get what you pay for! We are aiming at offering high-quality artworks and are very cherish our patrons. You will earn more when you sell the good quality artworks in your market, and your customers will also become your patrons. 

  • How do you control your quality and make sure the outcomes will be great?

    Firstly, before mass producing, we can make a trial sample for you to check if the quality is good. After approving of the sample, we will start mass production as per sample quality standard. Secondly, during the production, we have QC team to control the quality of whole manufacturing process. Thirdly, we will send you photo preview for finished artwork before shipping.

  • How can I know the quality of the oil paintings I ordered before I receive it?

    We can send you the image of your finished order for preview before shipping. For huge order, we accept goods inspection on site by customer or third-party goods inspection company.

  • Can you paint art works that are not displayed on your website?

    Of course we can. Just e-mail us the title of the artwork, along with the name of the artist and the size you require.

  • Can you do family portrait?

    Yes, we can. You can check out some samples on our website. Send us your photo and the price depends on the number of people.

  • How do you pack these oil paintings?

    It depends on your choice. Unframed painting is packed into a hard tube, shipping via express. Stretched painting (gallery wrapped) is well protected and packed into a carton. Framed painting is packed into an individual carton, shipping via air or sea.
